I wanted to show you what a 10lb cookie tray looks like when we get in the spirit of baking. This went to some deserving police officers who have been helpful to us. It was a lot of fun baking over a dozen different varieties of cookies. My favorites are always the gingerbread and sugar cookies to bake, but I love trying new one and this year we made one called The Forgotten Cookie and they wer fantastic.
