My first official cooking class was held March 10th at Peel 'N Pare, Midland, Michigan. It was a lot of fun! I made homemade baguettes, chicken pate, cheese souffles, coq au vin, homemade noodles and strawberry tarts with vanilla pastry cream. I had a lot of help as well from my hubby, Allan who was my waiter and served wine to everyone. My friends Wendy Dore and her husband Jim Kruzynski and my daughter Chloe who took the video from which I grabbed some stills for this post.
