In a food processor combine 1/2 cup pitted black olives, 1/2 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives, 1/2 cup roasted sweet pepper, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 2 teaspoon fresh oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper. Process until coarsely chopped. Place in a pretty bowl and chill until serving. Serve with toasted baguette slices or gourmet crackers. Makes about 1 cup.
